For all massage, body treatments and facial services, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Treatments you select have been reserved especially for you. To reschedule or cancel a special spa package, please notify Rouge 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full price. For a single service, please cancel before 6 p.m. the day prior to your service to avoid being charged 50% of the service fee. No shows will be charged the full service fee.

Our prices do not reflect gratuities. Gratuities are a matter of personal discretion. They should reflect your level of satisfaction with our services. Between 15% and 20% is customary.
